He frequently appeared as a department spokesman on local news as well as on international television and radio shows such as Larry King Live on CNN and Hannity & Colmes on Fox News. In 2008 Governor Schwarzenegger re-appointed Jarvis as Deputy Secretary for Public Affairs with the California Department of Food and Agriculture. Weston J. Trussell

Weston J. Trussell has been a film industry professional since 2005, working on productions of all types and scales and in various roles throughout all phases of production. These roles include; video editor, cinematographer, motion-graphic designer, narrator, scriptwriter, production manager, and producer. In these roles, Weston has worked on video genres spanning from promotional, education, and training, music videos, documentaries, political, and more.

With the rise of video distribution through social media and websites, Weston identified the growing demand for video content online. With this notion in mind, in 2016, Weston started his own production company “Weston Trussell Creative, LLC” to provide video solutions around the emerging “agile” video production model. The agile model of production utilizes advances in technology to deliver better quality, with lower overhead, fewer logistics, and all at better value to the end-user. This agile video production approach has allowed Weston to help small businesses and non-profit organizations access the high-quality video they need, all without the big expense of traditional production.

As a video producer, Weston approaches video from a comprehensive standpoint – looking not just at production goals but also at the overall mission a video serves and how to best present a message with quality aesthetics and engaging content matter that connects with audiences.
